To qualify, you must have a checking account open for at least three (3) months in good standing with your bank, a permanent full time job(direct deposit), State-issued identification, verifiable mailing address and phone, at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen. SSI and Retirement recipients(direct deposit) are also qualified.
